We continue to grow all of the McEwen Siberians in our display beds, sell them at open garden days and introduce new varieties of Siberian and Japanese iris. We will continue to offer OUR favorite McEwen Siberians as well as selections of John White and others so that we can ship you a varied collection of Siberians complimentary to the new introductions. Eartheart Gardens will continue to offer all of Currier’s Japanese Irises. By mutual agreement between Eartheart Gardens and Fieldstone Gardens, Fieldstone continues to slowly expand their offerings of McEwen Siberians introduced prior to 2005. Call or email us if you have any questions or would like to arrange a visit when we are home. We invite you to check our website for changes and a listing of events. Dear Gardening Friends,
Early September 2010, Ewen and Dianne McEwen transported over 100 Japanese irises to the Cleveland Botanical garden for early fall installation. We are grateful to Cynthia Druckenbrod, Director of Horticulture and Conservation at Cleveland Botanical Garden www.CBGarden.org for showcasing Currier’s Japanese irises and for making it possible for more gardeners to enjoy the beauty of this species. |
